At Lacevely, we understand that sometimes customers may need to modify or cancel an order shortly after it is placed. Because orders are processed quickly, all cancellation and modification requests are subject to the policy below.

1. Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of successfully placing the order.

After 12 hours, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted because the order may already be in processing, preparation, or production.

2. Order Modification Requests

Customers may request order modifications within 12 hours of placing the order.

Modification requests may include:

  • changing the product style
  • changing the length, texture, density, or cap type
  • correcting customer information
  • updating other order details before processing begins

Once the order has entered processing, preparation, or production, we may not be able to make any changes.

3. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To request an order cancellation or modification, please contact us by email and provide the following information:

  • your order number
  • the email address used to place the order
  • your request to cancel or modify the order
  • clear details of the requested change, if applicable

5. Approval of Requests

All cancellation and modification requests are subject to review and approval.

Lacevely reserves the right to refuse a cancellation or modification request if the order has already entered processing, preparation, production, or anyother fulfillment stage.

6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Partially Cancelled or Modified Orders

If part of an order is cancelled or modified and approved by our team, the refund amount, if any, will correspond only to the cancelled portion or the difference in order value after modification.

8. Non-Cancellable Orders

We may be unable to cancel or modify orders that:

  • have already entered processing or fulfillment
  • have been specially prepared, customized, or personalized
  • have already been completed and are no longer eligible for change
