At Lacevely, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because wigs and hair products are personal-use items, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the policy below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
We may accept a return, exchange, or refund if:
- you received the wrong item
- the item is damaged upon arrival
- the item has a manufacturing defect
- the item is materially different from the product you ordered
3. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- unused
- unworn
- unwashed
- unaltered
- in its original condition
- in the original packaging
- with all tags, lace, accessories, and included items still attached or included
- accompanied by proof of purchase
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any wigs or hair products that have been:
- worn
- installed
- cut
- dyed, bleached, or colored
- washed
- styled or chemically treated
- brushed, combed, or altered
- used with glue, adhesive, gel, or spray
We also do not accept returns for:
- final sale items
- clearance items
- gift cards
- customized or personalized items
5. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

We only offer exchanges for eligible items that are:

If you wish to exchange for a different style, length, texture, density, or cap construction for personal preference reasons, we may not be able to approve the request.

10. Partial Refunds
